How we work

How we work.

If your only tool is a hammer then every problem looks like a nail

I think, therefore I am.

I think, therefore I am.

But avoiding paralysis through analysis.

Any product, service or even the culture of your company, needs a strategy. It does not come packaged and generates uncertainty (like everything unknown). If there is no plan there is nowhere to go.
That's why we do workshops with canvas and frameworks that help you to develop new models or documenting existing ones in a visual and collaborative way.

How we work

And if we all think differently?

Better.

Usually, we tackle the problem with the tools we feel comfortable and have more skill. This may not be the best approach to solving a specific problem, and may not be the medium to achieve the desired goal, especially when the problem has multiple influencing factors that require 'holistic thinking'.

Looking at the same problem.

Looking at the same problem.

From different perspectives.

The way the brain tries to help reduce cognitive load is the same in which it inhibits our ability to think outside the box.

Obviously, we are comfortable and want to solve similar problems or using the same methods. But when you start a new project, it is important to abandon our tendencies to follow patterns.

Where to start?

Where to start?

From the beginning. Always.

Building interdisciplinary teams help you solve this problem because there will be many people with different types of hammers looking for different types of nails. Of course, it is key that the team leader enlightens all team members because all the skills and attitudes are equally important to avoid power struggles. In this context, the skills and ideas of the manager are as important as designers. Similarly, the skills and ideas of the designer, architect, and developer are equally important in the whole process.
